Abstract

As a result of the coronavirus epidemic, school-based education was discontinued. The emergency situation resulted in the immediate reform of the education system, its transition to distance learning. The research problem examines the changes in Hungarian education in a global system, compares the forced steps of the surrounding area with the domestic solutions, the analysis raises the question of whether the decisions made are effective under our social conditions and on the forced path. What methods are effective and how can the Hungarian education system be renewed? The hypotheses of the study model an optimistic vision in a changed global environment, while also avoiding the negatives of modern communication. The technical conditions of distance education protect people from infection and can add new content to education.
