Vocational training 4.0 strategy ideas for the field of mechanical engineering
Abstract
The impact of automation is fed into the educational process of different professions, and the emerging expectations must be addressed as soon as possible, taking into account professionalism and labor market needs. Automations of processes trigger labor market reorganization, do not stimulate unemployment, but bring to the fore new jobs that do not exist or are of lesser importance. Changing market demands also place different demands on the employee, with hitherto insignificant personal competencies coming to the fore that may not have been emphasized 5-10 years ago. In the context of the Hungarian Vocational Training 4.0 strategy, the article summarizes the problems related to the education of the mechanical engineering field and defines the perceived development directions of each field as a guideline.
